Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the token-hub service ("Service"). By creating an account, buying credits, generating an API key, or calling the API, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

token-hub is an OpenAI-compatible relay that forwards your API requests to upstream large language model providers. We do not own the underlying models. The Service meters usage, deducts prepaid credits, and returns responses in an OpenAI-compatible shape where supported. Provider-level outages, rate limits, safety filters, model changes, and deprecations may affect your requests.

2. Accounts

You must provide a working email address. You are responsible for protecting your API keys. A leaked key is treated as a billable transaction until it is revoked or rotated. We may require email verification, suspend abusive accounts, or limit access when needed to protect the Service or upstream providers.

3. Payments and credits

token-hub is currently a prepaid credits service. Public checkout charges in USD through Stripe. Your card issuer or bank may apply conversion rates, foreign transaction fees, or local taxes outside token-hub's control. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value except as described in our refund policy, and expire 12 months after purchase unless we state a longer period in writing.

Usage is deducted based on model, token counts, and the pricing shown in the product at the time of the request. Bonus or promotional credits may expire earlier and are not redeemable for cash.

4. Refunds and disputes

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy . In general, unused purchased credits may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase. Used credits, bonus credits, and credits tied to abuse or policy violations are not refundable. If a chargeback, payment dispute, or suspected fraud occurs, we may freeze credits, revoke API keys, or suspend the account while the issue is reviewed.

5. Acceptable use

You must comply with applicable law, these Terms, and each upstream provider's acceptable use, safety, and content policies. You may not use the Service for spam, credential theft, malware, evading provider limits, unlawful surveillance, or other harmful activity. We may throttle, suspend, revoke, or refuse requests that generate abuse reports, legal risk, chargebacks, provider bans, or infrastructure risk.

6. Third-party providers

API requests may be routed to third-party model providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, Alibaba Cloud/Qwen, Moonshot, Zhipu, or other providers we make available. Those providers process request and response content under their own terms and policies. We do not guarantee any specific model, route, latency, availability, output quality, or provider policy decision.

7. Data and privacy

Our collection and use of account, billing, usage, log, and request routing data is described in the Privacy Policy . You grant token-hub the limited rights needed to transmit API content to upstream providers, operate the gateway, meter usage, prevent abuse, and provide support.

8. Warranty and liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free outputs, model accuracy, or fitness for a particular use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the unused purchased credits on your account when the claim arose.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page or announced by email when practical. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
