Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the token-hub service ("Service"). By creating an account or calling the API you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

token-hub is an OpenAI-compatible relay that forwards your API requests to upstream large language model providers. We do not own the underlying models. Provider-level outages, rate limits, and deprecations are passed through to your requests.

2. Accounts

You must provide a working email address. You are responsible for protecting your API keys. A leaked key is treated as a billable transaction until it is rotated.

3. Billing and refunds

Topups are non-transferable and expire 12 months after purchase. You may request a refund of unused credits within 7 days of purchase. Used credits are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to follow each upstream provider's acceptable use policy. We may suspend keys that generate abuse, violate law, or trigger provider bans.

5. Warranty and liability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the credits unspent on your account at the time the claim arose.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance by email.
