Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how token-hub handles refund requests for prepaid API credits purchased through Stripe.
1. Eligibility
You may request a refund of unused purchased credits within 7 days of the original top-up. Credits that have been consumed by API usage are not refundable. Bonus, promotional, trial, manually granted, or expired credits are not refundable.
2. How refunds are calculated
Approved refunds are limited to the unused purchased credit balance from the eligible top-up. If only part of a top-up remains unused, only that unused portion may be refunded. We may deduct payment processing fees, chargeback costs, taxes, or other non-recoverable costs where permitted by law.
3. Request process
Email billing@sandboxclaw.com with your account email, top-up date, amount, and reason. We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership or investigate suspected misuse. Approved refunds are returned to the original Stripe payment method when supported by Stripe.
4. Timing
We aim to review refund requests within 5 business days. After approval, Stripe and your bank or card issuer control when funds appear on your statement. Currency conversion differences, bank fees, and foreign transaction fees are not controlled by token-hub.
5. Ineligible cases
We may deny refunds for used credits, requests made after the 7-day window, accounts suspended for abuse or legal violations, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or attempts to resell or transfer credits. Provider outages, rate limits, model changes, or output quality issues do not make already-used credits refundable.
6. Disputes and chargebacks
If you open a payment dispute or chargeback, we may freeze the related credits, revoke API keys, and suspend checkout access while the dispute is pending. Please contact billing support first so we can review the issue before a formal dispute is filed.
