Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it. It applies to tokenhub.sandboxclaw.com and the API endpoints under api.sandboxclaw.com.

Data we collect

• Account: email, hashed password, account creation timestamp.
• Billing: Stripe customer ID, invoice history. We never see your card number.
• API traffic: request method, upstream model, token counts, timestamp, HTTP status, client IP. Kept for 7 days for debugging.
• Content: request prompts and responses are forwarded to the upstream provider and are not used to train any model.

How we use data

To operate the Service, bill usage accurately, diagnose errors, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your data.

Third parties

Payments are processed by Stripe. API requests are forwarded to Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepSeek, Alibaba, Moonshot, or Zhipu depending on the model you select. Each upstream provider's privacy policy governs the request content while it is in their hands.

Your rights

You may export or delete your account data at any time from the account page. Deletion is permanent and unrecoverable.
